Striped tops are good for the brick as they can create curves where there are none…a great optical illusion. Generally, cross stripes around the bust and hips will add width, while plain colour around the waist will make the brick look narrower in this area. Tank tops are good, as they cling in a flattering manner to the brick's top half. Wide flowing trousers will complete a feminine casual look for the brick shaped woman.

Again, pattern can be used to create the illusion of shape and curves where maybe there is none. Bricks should experiment with patterned dresses until they find one that works for them. Ruffles and similar feminine features look great on the brick, and again, high heeled curvy shoes complete her dressy look.
